Romey is a center-seamed top with a keyhole front neck that features a button and loop closure, empire waist with a gathered skirt or peplum as well as billowy sleeves that are gathered into a narrow, above-the-wrist cuff.

The Romey comes in three lengths
Version 1 is a high-hip-length top
Version 2 is an above the knee length dress
Version 3 is a long midi length dress
